Best cup of coffee with Keurig

Supplies

• Digital Pocket Scale
• Manual Coffee Grinder – Conical Ceramic Burr Mill
• Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable K-Cup Pod Coffee Filter
• Keurig Coffee Maker
• Teaspoon
• Small container for coffee grounds

Ingredients

• 17 grams of the best whole coffee beans you can find

Directions

• Using the digital pocket scale, weigh out 17 grams of coffee beans
• Pour coffee beans into the manual coffee grinder
• Grind coffee
• Dump coffee grounds from grinder into small container
• Use teaspoon and fill reusable filter to the line, tap slightly but not too much to over compact
• Assemble reusable coffee filter
• Press power button on Keurig and allow to warm
• Place into Keurig
• Make sure you have enouogh water (filtered tap water or bottle water preferred)
• Remove bottom drip tray if mug too large
• Place mug
• Select presetting number “4”
• Change to “10 ounces” (adjust based on mug size)
• Select “Strong”
• Push Keurig button
• Wait for brew cycle to complete and enjoy
