These muffin tin mini tacos are a family favorite. They are easy to make and offer limitless options for each family member to add their own custom toppings.
Supplies
- 4 – 12 cup muffin tins
- Dutch oven or frying pan
- Won Ton Wrappers
- Hamburger
- Taco Seasoning
- Taco Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Hot Peppers
- Black Olives
- Lettuce
- Cilantro
- Taco Sauce
- Habanero Sauce
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 to 2 lbs Hamburger
- One 14 oz pack of Won Ton Wrappers
- Taco seasoning per directions on seasoning package for 1-1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger
- Enough taco cheese to cover 48 muffin tin tacos
- Dice Onions, Tomatoes, Hot Peppers, Black Olives, Lettuce, Cilantro for 48 small tacos
Directions
- Using a Le Creuset Dutch Oven or frying pan cook 1-1/2 to 2 lbs of hamburger
- Add in taco seasoning per the amount listed on seasoning package for 1-1/2 to 2 lbs of Hamburger
- Place one Won Ton wrapper per muffin tin cup for 48 total
- Place all four muffin tin pans into a pre heated 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly brown
- Add one tablespoon of hamburger per muffin tin cup
- Add enough taco cheese to cover meat
- Place all muffin tins back into the 350 degree oven until taco cheese is melted
- Add rest of ingredients based on you liking
