These muffin tin mini tacos are a family favorite.  They are easy to make and offer limitless options for each family member to add their own custom toppings.

Supplies

  • 4 – 12 cup muffin tins
  • Dutch oven or frying pan
  • Won Ton Wrappers
  • Hamburger
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Taco Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Hot Peppers
  • Black Olives
  • Lettuce
  • Cilantro
  • Taco Sauce
  • Habanero Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 to 2 lbs Hamburger
  • One 14 oz pack of Won Ton Wrappers
  • Taco seasoning per directions on seasoning package for 1-1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger
  • Enough taco cheese to cover 48 muffin tin tacos
  • Dice Onions, Tomatoes, Hot Peppers, Black Olives, Lettuce, Cilantro for 48 small tacos

Directions

  • Using a Le Creuset Dutch Oven or frying pan cook 1-1/2 to 2 lbs of hamburger
  • Add in taco seasoning per the amount listed on seasoning package for 1-1/2 to 2 lbs of Hamburger
  • Place one Won Ton wrapper per muffin tin cup for 48 total
  • Place all four muffin tin pans into a pre heated 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly brown
  • Add one tablespoon of hamburger per muffin tin cup
  • Add enough taco cheese to cover meat
  • Place all muffin tins back into the 350 degree oven until taco cheese is melted
  • Add rest of ingredients based on you liking
